LIFEFORGE

A partnership. A plan. A stronger you.

The LifeForge Method

We build fitness around your life — so fitness can improve your life.

Every LifeForge program starts by understanding where you are, where you want to go, and what your real life looks like. Then we build the bridge between those points.

Where you are.Where you want to go.What your real life looks like.
  1. 01

    Assess

Your starting point, history, goals, movement and limitations — measured, not guessed.

  2. 02

    Plan

A program designed around your actual circumstances, not an idealized schedule.

  3. 03

    Schedule

Sessions placed in your calendar ahead of time, around work, travel and family.

  4. 04

    Execute

Efficient, purposeful training with clear direction for every session.

  5. 05

    Track

Performance, adherence, energy and feedback recorded after every workout.

  6. 06

    Review

Your coach reviews what's working, what isn't, and why.

  7. 07

    Adjust

The plan moves with your life — travel, stress, setbacks and wins included.

  8. 08

    Progress

The next phase is built on real data, so progress compounds.

Goals, lifestyle & expectations

A clear objective. A realistic commitment. A shared responsibility.

01

Define success beyond the scale

Together we choose a meaningful outcome: body composition, strength, an event, energy or consistency. We agree on a realistic timeline and the measures that matter to you.

02

Build a plan for your actual life

We account for your work, family, travel, equipment, sleep and recovery. Your weekly commitment should be practical, not based on an ideal week that never happens.

03

Know what your coach expects

Show up for the sessions you agree to, share honest feedback and tell your coach when life changes. The aim is consistent effort and communication, not perfection.

04

Know what to expect from us

Clear direction, progress monitoring, regular communication and adjustments. We review your training, nutrition habits and lifestyle together so the next phase reflects your real progress.

The First 28 Days

The first four weeks decide everything.

Before you train once, we map out your next four weeks together: work schedule, availability, travel, vacations, business and family events, social commitments, upcoming races, known obstacles and preferred workout times. Then we schedule every session.

What you are doing.

When you are doing it.

Why you are doing it.

  1. 1

    Scheduled ahead

Workouts are planned in the coaching platform before the week begins.

  2. 2

    Personal reminders

An encouraging nudge before each scheduled session.

  3. 3

    After every session

Rate the workout, record your performance, and tell your coach how you felt.

  4. 4

    Monitored & adjusted

Your coach watches adherence and adapts the program in real time.

Consistency through adaptation — not perfection.

Travel is not a reason to stop.

When life changes, the program adapts — so LifeForge moves with you.

Then, a four-week coaching rhythm.

At the start of each block we look at your next four weeks. At the end we evaluate adherence, performance, progress, energy, nutrition, recovery, schedule, challenges and wins — then build the next phase.

The coaching experience

You are not receiving workouts. You are being coached.

  • Your coach knows your goal.
  • Your coach knows your schedule.
  • Your coach knows when you're traveling.
  • Your coach knows what you're struggling with.
  • Your coach sees your training.
  • Your coach monitors your progress.
  • Your coach adjusts the program.
  • Your coach holds you accountable.
Nutrition

Sustainable, not restrictive.

The goal is not lifelong dependence on a meal plan. It's learning to make intelligent decisions within your actual lifestyle — at home, on the road, and at the business dinner.

Nutrition coaching stays within coaching scope and does not replace medical or dietetic advice.

You need the right plan, executed consistently.
