Can't make it to the studio?
If an in-person assessment at the studio isn't possible, two other options are available:
Virtual session
Your assessment or session is held live by video conference, wherever you are.
At your location
On request, if you have a gym and feel more comfortable in your own environment, sessions can take place at your home or personal location.
